Human Resources Manager (Pre-Opening)

Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with property and corporate goals.Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and internal staff movements.Maintain and update the organization chart and manpower budget.Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and strong interdepartmental relationships.Oversee performance management, appraisals, and provide guidance to department heads.Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and manage disciplinary actions appropriately.Administer payroll, compensation reviews, benefits, and statutory contributions (e.g., BPJS).Plan, execute, and evaluate training and development programs for all staff levels.Maintain HR documentation, reporting, internal communications, and assist with licensing matters.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the midscale or upper midscale hospitality industry.Fluency in English is preferable.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in HR management software and tools.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Additional RemarksCandidates may also be approached for our pre-opening properties around Sumatera Area.
