Responsibilities:Implement and execute HR projects in alignment with both global and regional initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation at all employee levelsManage the full spectrum of HR and office administration functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and relations, and general office administration, while ensuring alignment with regional HR policies and compliance with local legal requirementsWork closely with the Management Team to provide strategic guidance and partnership on manpower planning and organizational structure to support overall organizational successDrive initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance team productivityPartner with the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and developmentOversee and manage annual exercises such as performance management, salary review, and talent managementManage yearly staff budget planning, overhead cost analysis, and monthly forecast headcount and cost reviewCoordinate and implement training initiatives or projects as assigned by the Regional Learning team, monitor training budget expenditures, and maintain employee training records in the Learning Management systemPrepare and manage regular and ad hoc reports for Global and Regional HRPerform any other ad hoc projects or duties as assignedSkills, Competencies and Experience:University graduate major in Human Resources Management or Business AdministrationMinimum of 10 years solid experience in HR operations, experience gained from lift or construction industry with multi-national or sizable corporations are preferable, experience in working with blue-collar is an advantageAct as a strategic HR partner, working closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR solutions that align with business goals.Take ownership beyond standard HR operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance workforce effectiveness and business performanceProvide HR advisory support in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and succession planningCoach and guide managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development, equipping them to lead effectivelySelf-motivated with the ability to take initiatives and be able to work independentlyExcellent knowledge in Labour ordinance and HR related regulationsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to driven changes and communication skills that enhance effectiveness with all levels of employeeHigh level of ethics and confidentialityTeam player, hands-on, multi-tasking, proactive and meticulous in attention to detailGood command of written and spoken in EnglishProficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a familiarity with SAP (optional) and local HR payroll system
