Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ulaanbaatar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, and supporting employee development. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive working environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor lawsExperience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processesEmployee development, performance management, and training skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goalsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as an HR Manager or relevant roleProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong leadership and team management skills
