Job description:Responsibilities:This HR generalist position will support the Business Operations Manager in the day-to-day HR operations. The work effort associated with this position would include but not limited to:Talent AcquisitionAssist the HR team & Recruiter in managing recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization manpower’s needs.Support hiring process: posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applicationsScheduling job interviews and assisting in interview processHR administrationProtects organization’s value by keeping information confidentialComplies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.Support HRBP and Finance functionResponsible for the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners.Manage the onboarding of new hires, confirmation, and offboarding/clearance for resignees, including conducting exit interviews.Maintaining master list of all employees in the HRMS system and our recruitment database.Responsible for expatriate managementMaintain staff leave, medical, claims & attendance / absenteeism recordsPreparing new employee files and other ad-hoc administration duties as requiredMaintaining current HR files and databasesProviding customer service to organization employeesSupport management in preparing slides, providing data and input for the monthly review with the client.Compensation & BenefitsHandling EPF, SOCSO, EIS, & PCB and other prevailing statutory payment (online)To maintain all resources personal and payroll information by collecting, entering, calculating, and updating the data in payroll systemTo collect the payroll timesheet from each location twice a monthTo prepare the payroll and billing reports for the Top Management and Finance Dept for approval and payment purposesTo prepare the payslips and distribute to all resources after salary has been releasedTo assist any inquiries from the resources regarding the salary, benefits, and other HR mattersTo check all the expenses, OT & claimsAny work related as advised and assigned by the immediate Superior and ManagementAssist in monthly update of new joiner insurance enrollment and resignee deletion with our insurerBenefit:KWSP and SOCSOINSURANCE: AIAHUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT FUND (HRDF)EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE SYSTEM (EIS)OUTPATIENT MEDICAL CLAIMTRAINING & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENTANNUAL LEAVE & MEDICAL LEAVEJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Health insuranceMaternity leaveAbility to commute/relocate:Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)Human Resources Management: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Bahasa (Preferred)Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.Responsibilities[Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
