Job Opportunity: HR Operations SpecialistLocation: Business Bay, Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: Royal Migration Solutions is seeking a skilled HR & Admin Officer with solid experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, PRO services, and UAE visa processing. This role plays a key part in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, coordinating administrative functions, and liaising with government authorities to support seamless business operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: contracts, renewals, promotions, terminations, and exit formalities.Maintain accurate HR records, leave management, and assist with payroll coordination.Handle visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, and related PRO services, liaising with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, and other authorities.Ensure compliance with company licenses, establishment cards, and other legal documentation.Manage office administration, procurement, vendor coordination, and general operations support.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of HR & PRO experience in the UAE.Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle, UAE labor laws, and government procedures.Proficient in MS Office and UAE portals (TASHEEL, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA).Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary Employment visa and medical coveragePerformance-based incentives and career growth opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentWhy Join Us: Be part of a results-driven and growth-focused team in Dubai.
