With a strong operational presence in the Philippines, we are committed to compliance, transparency, and people-first growth.We are now looking for a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join our Philippines team.What you’ll do:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the PhilippinesEnsure compliance with government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)Handle payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory filingsLiaise with employees regarding payroll queries in a timely and professional mannerWork closely with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate recordsWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 5 years’ experience in Philippine payroll processingStrong knowledge of statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR withholding tax)Familiarity with payroll software (experience with Ashima or similar systems is an advantage)Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliabilityAbility to work independently on a part-time scheduleIf you have worked with Australian Business it will be highly regardedWhat we offer:Flexible part-time role (Work From Home)Competitive pay and professional growth opportunitiesA people-first, supportive work culture with an international outlookReporting to Directly to Director
