Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator. The responsibilities include managing payroll processes, maintaining and updating employee records, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage and analyze employee data, ensuring organizational efficiency in HR processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Benefits AdministrationStrong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and Employee BenefitsExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelyKnowledge of payroll compliance and labor laws in Egypt is a plus
