Job Description

The HR Payroll Coordinator partners with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain compliance standards, and support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits coordination. This position is crucial to maintaining organized, compliant, and employee-focused daily operations across multiple locations.The salary is $50,000-$70,000, which may be negotiable based on experience.Primary Responsibilities• Administer biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule• Review and reconcile employee hours, pay rates, deductions, and adjustments• Ensure adherence to state and federal labor laws as well as internal compliance requirements• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks, including payroll setup and documentation• Manage benefit changes, new enrollments, and terminations in collaboration with HR• Maintain complete and confidential employee and payroll records• Perform periodic internal audits and prepare required compliance reporting• Address employee payroll and HR questions with professionalism and discretion• Work with the HR and Payroll Manager to enhance system processes and documentation• Assist with policy updates, forms, and HR initiatives as assignedQualifications• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred• 2 or more years of payroll or HR administrative experience required• Experience with iSolved or similar HRIS/payroll software strongly preferred• Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management• Strong accuracy, organization, and confidentiality standards• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities• Knowledge of current payroll and employment regulationsWork Schedule• Standard weekday business hours, with flexibility during payroll or audit periodsBenefits• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) with company match• Paid time off• Collaborative, people-centered environment
