Their people-focused culture and emphasis on collaboration have made it a trusted leader in the construction industry.Opportunity: Direct-HireLocation: Charlotte, NCSchedule: Monday - Friday (100% on-site)Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonusResponsibilitiesPartner with HR leadership to execute strategic initiatives supporting talent management and organizational goalsLead projects aligned with annual HR and people strategy prioritiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with department leaders and employees, providing consultative HR guidanceAdvise managers on promotions, performance management, talent development, and succession planningMonitor employee engagement, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve retentionServe as primary HR contact for employee relations matters within assigned teams or regionsSupport managers in executing people strategies, including organizational restructuring and workforce planningFacilitate talent reviews and follow up on action items to align workforce capabilities with business growthIdentify team training needs and coordinate with Learning & Development to deliver solutionsCoach leadership on employee engagement, team development, and effective management practicesReview or create job structures and career progression frameworks to support employee growthConduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide insights to HR leadershipCommunicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees and leadershipAssist with HRIS administration and support managers and employees on performance and talent review processesIdentify workforce needs, support hiring planning, and consult on integrating new talent into existing teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field7- 12 years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably talent managementWorking knowledge of HR practices, policies and procedures (including compensation, employee relations, and talent management)Working knowledge of HRIS systemsSubject matter expertise in at least one talent management area of functional knowledgeProven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationshipsCategory Code: JN007
