We're Hiring: HR Project Assistant Manager (6-Month Contract)📍 Location: Singapore | 🏢 Department: Human Resources | 🕒 Duration: 6 Months 💰 Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – 6,000/monthTsao Foundation is seeking a dynamic HR Project Assistant Manager to lead two strategic HR transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong project management skills, HR systems experience, and a passion for driving change.Key Responsibilities:As HR Project Assistant Manager, you will:Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new HR software system, collaborating with system consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.Coordinate with external consultants to design and deliver a change management and tailored training program for managers and mature employees.Map and input clinical and non-clinical competencies and job descriptions into the new HR system, leveraging the organization’s clinical competencies framework.Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.Engage and update senior stakeholders, including the HR Director, on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.Identify and resolve bottlenecks that may impact project timelines or budgets.Ensure smooth adoption of new systems and practices, supporting change readiness across the organization.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align deliverables and expectations.What We’re Looking For:Diploma or Degree in a related fieldApproximately 8 years of HR or project management experienceProven track record in HR system implementation and change managementStrong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in healthcare, social services, or non-profit sectors is a bonus but not compulsoryFamiliarity with competency frameworks and job architecture designPrior involvement in grant-funded or government-supported HR initiativesCertification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (e.g., Prosci) is a bonus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across functionsWho You’ll Work With:Internal HR and leadership teamsExternal stakeholders and consultantsWhy Join Us?At Tsao Foundation, we believe longevity is opportunity.
