JADEELA STEEL INDUSTRIES – Hiring HR Section Head Location: Sadat City, EgyptPosition: HR Section Head – Employee Relations FocusAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Section Head to lead and develop our employee relations function and support overall HR strategy within a fast-growing industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an employee relations (ER) strategy and plan to build a positive work environment, especially during periods of organizational change.Work closely with all HR functions to design and deliver HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business objectives.Act as a link between management and employees by providing guidance on company policies, labor laws, governmental regulations, and procedures.Handle employee relations cases and conduct conflict management and resolution activities.Design, develop, and deliver effective motivation and retention programs.Support and drive cultural and behavioral change initiatives linked to ER programs.Lead and develop the ER shared services team to provide consistent support and advice across different channels (face-to-face, online, phone, etc.).Plan and conduct new employee orientation to enhance engagement and alignment with organizational objectives.Regularly analyze ER activities and workforce data, and recommend corrective actions or long-term improvement plans.Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports related to hires, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.Administer, direct, and review employee benefits programs and support social activities and engagement programs.Review weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual HR reports to support data-driven decision making.Job RequirementsB.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.8–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is a must (with solid experience in Employee Relations).Strong background in employee relations and HR operations.Dynamic, energetic, and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.Creative mindset with the ability to propose and implement improvements.High level of dedication, motivation, integrity, and team spirit.How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CVs, mentioning the job title (HR Section Head) in the email subject line, to:📧 ahmed.salama@jadeelasteel.com
