About the Company: Al Sharq Factory for Steel Industries is one of the leading steel fabrication companies in Saudi Arabia. Established in 2000 and based in Riyadh’s industrial zone, we employ over 600 skilled professionals and operate state-of-the-art facilities to deliver innovative and high-quality steel solutions.About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Saudi candidate to join our Human Resources team as an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with Saudi labor laws, ensuring that all HR processes align with company policies and legal requirements.Responsibilities:Manage recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.Handle payroll and benefits administration, including GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements.Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Monitor and ensure compliance with MHRSD, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad platforms.Oversee Iqama renewals, work permits, and visa processes for expatriate staff.Coordinate training and development initiatives.Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry. (Fresh graduates may also be considered.)Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.Experience with GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad portals is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent command of English and Arabic.Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.Experience with GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad portals is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent command of English and Arabic.Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry.Fresh graduates may also be considered.
