Almaskan Alwafi is seeking a highly organized and operations-driven HR Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires someone with strong operational and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple HR functions efficiently from recruitment and onboarding to governmental portals, contracts, visas, and yearly evaluations. The ideal candidate thrives in structured systems, ensures compliance, and drives consistency across all HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires.Maintain accurate employee data and ensure all records are updated in HR systems.Manage all relevant government and HR platforms, including:Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Taqat, Bayan, Bayzat, and other related systems.Handle Iqama renewals, work permit processing, medical insurance, and visa issuance/cancellation.Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.Prepare and renew employment contracts in coordination with management.Track contract expiry dates, issue renewal or termination letters, and coordinate final settlements.Manage exit procedures, including clearance, visa cancellation, and end-of-service benefits.Support the annual performance evaluation process distributing forms, collecting assessments, and consolidating reports.Maintain and update employee performance records.Assist in identifying training and development needs based on evaluation outcomes.Maintain employee files, HR dashboards, and attendance records.Support payroll input verification (attendance, leaves, deductions).Collaborate with Finance and Admin teams on HR-related matters.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience within Saudi Arabia.Strong operational and organizational skills are a must.Proven experience managing governmental platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Bayzat, etc.).Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance procedures.Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced and professional environment, we’d love to hear from you.
