Job Description

Responsibilities:Acts as a first point of contact for the line managers to understand, anticipate and resolve the business needs (including projects, internal & external audits)Manages the selection and end-to-end recruitment process by announcing job ads and coordinating interviews with suitable candidates,Handles onboarding processes of new employees, prepares welcome kits, and personnel files and coordinates orientations,Welcomes new employees at the office, prepares their onboarding schedule with managers, team members and other related departments,Supports data management of all HR-related processes (annual leave, company procedures, job descriptions etc.)Participate in all other HR-related projects & reporting processes,Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (preferably Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics),Min. 3 years of experience,Proficiency in English verbal and written,Great sense of responsibility, multitasking & time management skills
