What This Role Is About?As the Middle East Africa HR & Office Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the full HR lifecycle and ensuring a productive and positive work environment. In this role, you will partner closely with local leaders to deliver HR initiatives aligned with business goals, enhance employee experience, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes. You will also manage the KSA office to ensure facilities, policies, and operations support the productivity and wellbeing of all staff.Your contributions will be essential in fostering strong internal relationships, providing expert HR guidance, and creating an efficient, compliant, and engaging workplace.Key responsibilities include:Drive implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and company values.Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all local HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy guidance.Oversee and improve HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and fostering a positive organizational culture.Identify learning and development needs and implement effective training programs to support staff growth and engagement.Monitor and manage the HR budget, ensuring alignment with finance principles.Serve as the local expert in HR systems, enabling employees and managers to access and utilize relevant tools effectively.Manage all office operations, including facilities, supplies, health and safety compliance, vendor relationships, and event coordination.Provide administrative support, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit5+ years of professional HR experience with a strong track record in employee relations, HR operations, and office management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.Solid knowledge of local labor laws, with additional familiarity of other regional employment regulations being an advantage.Proven ability to drive change, improve HR processes, and implement employee development, retention, and reward initiatives.Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience using HRIS or HR metrics to inform decisions.Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage complex situations with sound judgment and discretion.Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to influence and guide leaders effectively.Demonstrates a performance-driven mindset and a commitment to fostering a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace.This role offers a unique opportunity for an HR professional to lead HR and office operations, build strong organizational partnerships, and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the organization in the Middle East and Africa region.
