Duell Group is seeking an HR professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting and developing HR processes across the organisation.As an HR Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to supervisors and employees, providing guidance on all aspects of day-to-day HR matters. Your responsibilities will cover the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment through to retirement, including advising on labour legislation and collective agreements.You will ensure employee data is accurate and up to date in HR systems (such as Mepco and Deltabit), and you will be responsible for HR metrics and reporting at Group level. Providing payroll information to our outsourced payroll providers is also a routine part of your HR duties, particularly in the Nordics.You will play a significant role in implementing and developing HR systems to support Group-wide processes, ensuring our HR function is modern and effective. Additionally, you will contribute to competence and leadership development initiatives to support the One Duell strategy.Skills and expertise:We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR professional, who will likely haveVocational Qualification in Business Administration (bachelor’s degree) or equivalent.Practical experience in payroll, personnel, and employment matters.Strong knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, and payroll/accounting processes.Proficiency in HR systems and experience in process/system development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Language skills: Finnish, Swedish, English (other languages are a plus).What We Offer:We provide a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth.
