The Human Resources Specialist will oversee and ensure compliance with HR policies, manage employee benefits and handle personnel management tasks. The role also involves implementing HR strategies, ensuring organizational alignment, and playing an integral part in onboarding and employee relations. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) expertise, including experience in HR policies and HR managementKnowledge of employee benefits administration and personnel managementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferredExperience in the home health care or BPO sector is a plus
