The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing employee benefits, developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting personnel management activities. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, handling employee relations, and supporting overall HR management strategies.QualificationsBACHELOR'S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT, PSYCHOLOGY, LAW, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR RELATED FIELD2-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HR OR ADMINISTRATIVESTRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MANPOWERREGULATIONS, BPJS, PAYROLL SYSTEMS, AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSEXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT STRATEGY, TRAINING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT, AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENTCAPABLE OF CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING HR POLICIES, SOPS, AND COMPANY CULTURE INITIATIVESLEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENTSKILLSANALYTICAL THINKING AND STRATEGIC PLANNING ABILITYEXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLSWILLING TO BE ASSIGNED OUTSIDE THE CITYSalary range: Rp 9.000.000 - Rp 11.000.000
