You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local labour regulations and support the experience of the employees.You will thrive in this role if you: Enjoy balancing operational detail with people-focused initiatives. Are passionate about ensuring compliance while improving employee experience.*Missions*HR Administration & Legal ComplianceAct as the local HR representative responsible for day-to-day People Operations in Switzerland & Germany.Manage the full employee lifecycle for both Switzerland & Germany: onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding.Prepare and maintain HR documentation in compliance with local employment law, including: Employment contracts, annexes, termination documents, work certificates etc.Payroll Coordination & BenefitsCoordinate monthly payroll with the external payroll provider: collect variable elements, validate payslips, check statutory and company benefits.Manage absences and leaves (vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity, parental leave, and other statutory absences) for Swiss and German employees. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Lucca)Responsible for the administration of employee benefits and insurance programs, ensuring accurate records and smooth liaison with external providers, brokers, and relevant authorities.Employee Support & HR AdvisoryServe as a trusted advisor to global HR business partners, managers and employees regarding HR policies, labour law, compensation and benefits.Promote a positive employee experience and support company culture and engagement initiatives.Projects & Continuous ImprovementParticipate in transversal HR projects and contribute to the evolution of HR processes.Localise global People policies for the Swiss and German context when needed.Prepare HR reports and KPIs (headcount, turnover, etc)*Skills*At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles, ideally in an international or fast-growing environment.Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and statutory employment processes, knowledge of German labor law/market is an advantagePeople-oriented and solutions-driven mindset, focused on delivering a high-quality experienceOrganized, reliable, proactive, and able to manage confidential information with discretionExperience with HRISFluent in English and German (written & spoken).Nice to HavePrevious experience in a European or multi-country HR role.Experience working with external payroll and legal providers.💡 Why You’ll Love Working at LumAppsAt LumApps, we believe in fostering an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
