Today, Louis Vuitton invites you to discover your own.Job responsibilitiesBased in our Geneva Head Office, and part of our Central Europe team (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our Human Resources Department on the following missions:HRBP Support activities:Support daily the HRBP with HR topics including recruitment, career management, training and HR administration.Prepare offers to candidates.Draft contracts and bonus plan.Prepare onboarding package for new employees.Prepare HR certificates and any other HR documents.Register employees to trainings sessions.Do the follow up of trial periods.Support the recruitment team by screening candidates.Administration:Create, update and archive employee’s files.Run daily reports on new comers, leavers and employee’s activity.Ensure perfect setting of the HRIS with regular updates for entry, exit and other changes.Take care of HRIS issues.Deal with entry and exit procedures.Deliver monthly updated organization charts.Create HR purchase order and do the follow up.Follow up HR budget and costs with Finance team.Others:Collaborate with the HR Operations/payroll team for any HR topics and projects.Manage and follow up the gifts company policy.Support internal communication on ad hoc basis.Provide monthly updated list of vacancies for the internal newsletter.Support the HRBP to organize the annual staff events (after works, Christmas party…).ProfileWorking Experience & Education Requirements:Educated to a Bachelors degree level specialized in HR or Business Administration.Previous work experience (internship) in an HR role ideally.Competency Requirements:Attention to details and analytical skills.Excellent organization and communication skills.Flexible.Customer oriented.Team player.Confidentiality.LanguagesEnglish and French speaker is a must, German will be appreciated.Technical skillsExcel and PowerPoint skills.Start date: Mid-January 2026Duration: 1 yearReference LVM30478
