Job description:Mission: Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of HR will oversee the full HR function and act as a key partner to the executive team.  Tasks: Personnel and professional leadership of the HR team as well as oversight of additional departments, ensuring clear task delegation, continuous development, and high-quality service delivery across all teams Overall responsibility for all HR activities from A to Z within the company, including strategic planning, operational execution, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR standards Ensuring the efficient, consistent, and compliant handling of all HR-related processes worldwide, aligning local practices with global company guidelines and maintaining a high level of service Full responsibility for all HR processes within the assigned departments, covering recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding Advising the HR team, managers, and employees on all HR-related and personal matters, acting as a trusted and knowledgeable point of contact for complex or sensitive issues Responsibility for apprentices and the overall apprenticeship program, including planning, supervision, coordination with vocational institutions, and ensuring high-quality training and development Responsibility for HR projects, including global rollouts of SuccessFactors modules and the implementation of new SuccessFactors tools, ensuring successful project delivery, user adoption, and process optimization Responsibility for audits, including SOX compliance, preparation of audit documentation, coordination with internal and external auditors, and implementation of required measures and improvements Responsibility for budgeting and the year-end HR processes, including workforce planning, cost forecasting, monitoring of budget adherence, and collaboration with Finance Key User for the SuccessFactors ERP system, including system administration, process configuration, user training, troubleshooting, and acting as the main interface between HR, IT, and external providers  Requirements: Higher education at tertiary level (federal diploma, federal master’s diploma, professional certificate) with a focus on human resources or a related field, ensuring the ability to handle complex HR matters at both strategic and operational levels Excellent language skills in English, French, and German, enabling effective communication in an international environment and ensuring professional handling of global HR processes Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and proven experience in working with and implementing HRIS solutions, ideally including module rollouts, system optimization, and user training Several years of experience in human resources, demonstrating deep knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, international HR processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects
