Your job is to make sure our external talent is fully supported — from onboarding to retention — so they can thrive in their roles and deliver results.About the Role: HR Talent Success Representative – External TalentYou’ll own the relationship with our external talent , onboarding them, ensuring their success throughout their contract, and proactively resolving any issues that arise. You’ll serve as their go-to person for all operational and HR-related questions, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to make sure they have what they need to perform.You’ll report to the HR Manager and work closely with recruiters, account managers, and clients. This role is critical to talent satisfaction, retention, and performance. You’ll be part of the glue that holds our external workforce together.What You’ll OwnOnboard new external talent: welcome them, set expectations, and ensure they have all necessary tools and contextAct as the main point of contact for external talent during their assignmentMonitor performance, engagement, and satisfaction of external talent across accountsCollaborate with Account Managers and HR to address performance issues or risksLead monthly check-ins and pulse surveys to gather feedback and take actionPartner with payroll and operations to ensure payments and expenses are processed smoothlyManage PTO for every TalentManage offboarding for external talent, including feedback collectionMaintain accurate records in Deel and our HR databasesCoordinate with Client Success when necessary to ensure alignment on talent needs and expectationsSupport visa, documentation, or local compliance needs as applicableYou’re a Great Fit If You:Have 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, account management, or a similar client-facing roleHave managed remote teams or external talent in a global settingAre proactive, organized, and extremely responsive, people come to you for solutionsHave excellent communication and problem-solving skillsCan juggle multiple accounts, stakeholders, and priorities without dropping the ballAre fluent in English (written and spoken) and confident communicating with international clients and talentThrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentBonus Points If You:Have experience working with Deel or similar global employment platformsHave supported LATAM, African, or APAC markets in previous rolesHave improved talent engagement, performance tracking, or onboarding processesHave worked at a staffing agency, BPO, or similar high-volume talent environment
