About Us:Aksoy Group operates in five main sectors: Retail, Power, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Trade, boasting a diversified and strong business portfolio.We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced HR Specialist / Senior Specialist to join our Human Resources team.This position involves direct responsibility in human resources processes within Turcas Holding A.Ş., a publicly listed company where Aksoy is the main shareholder.The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives and shape the employee experience across a diverse group of companies.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.Support the digitalization of HR processes and ensure effective utilization of digital platforms (e.g., Employee Experience, Learning Management).Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in line with the workforce plan and budget.Coordinate with external partners when necessary and ensure timely onboarding of qualified candidates.Deliver onboarding presentations and ensure a seamless new hire experience.Identify training needs, coordinate the annual training plan and its execution.Maintain accurate training records via LMS and report learning metrics regularly.Monitor post-training feedback and drive improvements accordingly.Execute internal communication initiatives that foster engagement and leadership visibility.Conduct pulse surveys, analyze results, and take action to enhance employee experience.Support employer branding and employee value proposition efforts.Assist in performance review processes and support individual development plans.Oversee payroll process in coordination with external consultants.Ensure accuracy and compliance in employee documentation and records management. What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.4–6 years of solid experience in various HR functions.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.Hands-on experience with HRIS or LMS tools.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.Self-driven, organized, and proactive attitude. “Original Ideas, Powerful Ventures”As the Aksoy & Turcas family, we build strong, trust-based relationships and strive for high performance.
