The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to staff as needed.- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.- Conduct training sessions and support employee development programs.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits.- Participate in performance management and employee evaluation processes.- Provide support in other HR functions as needed.Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.- At least 6 months of experience working a graveyard shift.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Working Hours: 9 AM EST-6 PM ESTThis is a remote position with a shift based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).The position requires flexibility to work graveyard shifts as needed.How to Apply: Kindly send your cover letter, updated CV, and self-intro video to kaye.entod@virtuassist.com.
