Job Responsibilities:Provide support to the team in daily tasks and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothlyManage the team’s overall work and be accountable for the daily HR operations teamAct as the bridge between the team and other internal/ external stakeholders to support the deliverablesAble to identify areas of improvement in processes and actively propose changesDevelop new Standard Operating Procedures and ensure they are kept up to dateMonitor and provide feedback on staff performance by providing real-time coaching as requiredHandle ad-hoc activities as and when requested Job Requirements:Minimum Degree graduate with 3-4 years of HR administrative experienceAble to multitask and good timemanagement skills with the ability toprioritize tasksHave priorexperience leading a teamAble to work with ambiguity and constant changesIndependent thinkerand ability to quickly sort through information and develop appropriate solutionsProficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Working Hours / Location:Mondays – Fridays; 8.30am – 6pmChangi Airport We regret to inform, only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted.
