Precision Communication Technology has garnered success across various industries, such as customer service, finance, insurance, and telemarketing, supported by its robust product line and exceptional service quality.Human Resources (HR Officer / HR Executive - Thailand)Job Summary: Responsible for managing HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, welfare, payroll coordination, and compliance with Thai labor laws.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, interviewing, onboarding)Manage employee records and contracts in line with Thai labor lawCoordinate payroll, social security (SSO), and provident fund (if applicable)Ensure company policies comply with the Thai Labour Protection ActSupport employee engagement, welfare activities, and team-building eventsHandle disciplinary actions, warnings, and resignation proceduresCoordinate with government offices (e.g., Social Security Office, Revenue Department)Support visa/work permit processing for foreign employees (if any)Key Skills:Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR regulationsThai language fluency (spoken and written), English is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and HRM systemsGood interpersonal and communication skills
