We’re in a high-growth phase, backed by strong market traction and a tight-knit team solving real-world infrastructure challenges.About The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and organized Winter Intern to support office operations and workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to keep our workplace efficient, welcoming, and fun. You’ll directly impact daily operations and help foster an environment where our team can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain office spaces, supplies, and equipmentSupport filing systems, company’s internal website, and light tech troubleshootingAssist with company events, hiring processes, and workplace improvement ideasKeep kitchen and common areas clean, stocked, and clutter-freeManage recycling, trash, and general upkeep of shared spacesRequired QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-starter with initiative and follow-throughPositive, flexible, and willing to take on varied tasksComfortable with light physical work (supplies, tidying, etc.)Innovative and creative in finding better ways to work and solve problemsPreferred QualificationsWe’re hoping for a student to stay with us for at least a month full-time.
