This position is responsible for managing interview schedules, maintaining candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The role involves close collaboration with HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate efficient and positive recruitment experiences. As a remote opportunity within the United States, this role offers flexibility and the chance to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the company's ongoing success by attracting top talent and maintaining high standards of candidate engagement.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environmentsExperience with interviewing and onboarding processesLeadership experience or a strong desire to develop into a recruiting leadership roleMotivated to set and achieve recruiting goals through strategic planningExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a teamTechnical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis, and systems integrationExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment databases is a plusAbility to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple prioritiesResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, or on-site) with candidates and interview panelsCommunicate interview logistics, directions, and expectations clearly to candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applicant Tracking Systems and other databasesAssist in drafting, posting, and updating job descriptions across various platformsPrepare offer letters and employment agreements in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managersServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updatesPartner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and timelinesAssist with background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment screeningsGenerate recruitment metrics and reports to support leadership decision-makingSupport continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and candidate experienceBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributionsCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00Paid time off (PTO) and 10 paid holidays annuallyTransit benefits to support commuting needsFlexible work schedule to promote work-life balanceFull-time remote work opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pmEqual OpportunityABC Legal Services is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
