Job DetailsDescriptionThe Admissions Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for new residents entering our Health Center. Under the direction of the Post Acute Liaison, this position ensures admissions run efficiently and with care. Key Responsibilities IncludeCoordinating the intake process and preparing admission documentationEnsuring rooms are ready and welcoming for new residentsLeading informative, compassionate tours for prospective residents and familiesSupporting overall clerical functions that keep admissions organized and timelyAs a front-line representative of our community, the Admissions Coordinator must demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to resident satisfaction at every step.
