The RoleWe’re looking for an Operations Lead to help turn vision into execution. You’ll work directly with the founder to build and scale internal operations, product delivery processes, team coordination, and GTM support.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in organized chaos, can create structure from scratch, and wants to make a visible impact at the earliest stage. What You’ll Do • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, and marketing • Manage internal systems (Slack, Drive, Notion, etc. ) and build scalable processes • Track progress against product and business milestones • Support hiring and onboarding for new team members • Own ops-related investor readiness:
