We’re looking for a skilled Commissioning Engineer to ensure our systems meet the highest standards for performance, safety, and quality — from initial testing to final handover. Your RolePlan, execute, and oversee commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, and BMS systems. Perform functional checks, testing, adjusting, and balancing of equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, power distribution boards, UPS, and control systems. Calibrate and verify system performance, including air change rates, pressurization logic, and interlocks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and control disciplines.
Conduct ductwork inspections, loop checks, I/O testing, and BMS logic validation. Prepare detailed commissioning reports, checklists, and punchlists. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and protocols. What You BringTechnical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Building Services Engineering. 3+ years of commissioning or installation experience in HVAC, electrical, or control systems. Ability to read HVAC drawings, duct schematics, single-line diagrams, and I/O schedules. Proficiency with testing tools (multimeter, insulation testers, airflow measurement devices). Strong troubleshooting skills and system-wide understanding of HVAC and electrical interconnections.
