Job Description

Key Role :Develop plans and coordinate with field team members to conduct routine maintenance or repair equipment based on diagnosis and troubleshooting on site.Proactively identify potential issues on site and implement preventative measurements to minimize downtime of equipmentMeet customer expectations with strong communication and interpersonal skills, responding to emergencies and provide solutions.Consultative selling by understanding customer requirement and develope proposals, outline recommended service plans and contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.Effective communication with internal teams including factory personnels, field operation team, and other relevant departments to ensure successful execution and delivery of service offers.Key Responsibility :To manage, plan, and schedule service works in close liaison with field operation team.To take lead on activities with regards to testing and commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty attendance, warranty claims and all other related activities.To promptly respond to service calls from clients and required to work extra hours for emergency situations.To provide technical assistance to customers and building operators regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.To maintain accurate records of service work performed through keeping detailed service logs and other documentation.To communicate proactively with customers, provide updates on work progress, and prepare professional service reports which highlight work done, findings, and actions taken to ensure customer satisfaction without affecting company business interests.To establish standardized Working Instruction (WI) for all fieldwork and introduce enhancement whenever necessary.Sub Role :To provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and deliver value added solutions to maintain and expand customer base for service sales growth.To deliver compelling presentations, identify and cultivate potential opportunities for service maintenance contracts, spare parts, or equipment replacements.To close sales opportunities after issuing quotations or maintenance contracts by effectively addressing customers’ concerns, staying informed about industry trends and competitors’ activities or pricing.To monitor and track service sales figure, pipeline development, identifying sales trend and developing action plans.Requirement :Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Willing to travel.Good written and verbal language command (English, Mandarin(more advantace), Bahasa Melayu, any other languages).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), facilitating seamless documentation and presentation.Trustworthy team player with high integrity of confidentiality.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in HVAC industry is an added advantage but Fresh graduates with a good mindset and attitude are strongly encouraged to apply
