HVAC Estimator Part-time

Company Description We build, install, and maintain quality HVAC &. Ducting systems for New Zealand businesses. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an HVAC Estimator at Netbuild Limited. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, interpreting technical blueprints and specifications, and developing accurate cost assessments. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with project managers, tracking project budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping systems and their componentsExperience in Project Management and BudgetingProficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprintsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while coordinating with remote teamsFamiliarity with industry-specific estimating software is a plusRelevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC, Plumbing, or Piping are preferred
