This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic project management, and leadership skills to ensure projects are executed efficiently from planning to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans are realistic and meet all relevant codes and industry standards.Project Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans, identifying necessary resources and materials for successful project execution.Risk Management: Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address issues or risks, ensuring smooth execution.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and resolving concerns in a timely manner.Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a safety-first culture on job sites.QualificationsExperience: Project management experience in HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects, with a proven track record of successful project completions.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, pipefitting techniques, and sheet metal fabrication and installation processes.Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.Software Proficiency: Proficiency in construction management tools such as Bluebeam, QuickBids, Trimble ProjectSite, or other related software.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsCompany Truck401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurance (Free plan for one individual employee)$20,000 life insurance after 6 monthsPaid time off (up to 4 weeks)Parental leaveReferral programRelocation assistance8 Paid holidaysVision insuranceIf you’re a skilled project manager with a background in HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal, we encourage you to apply and be part of our team!
