If so, FSI wants you on our Robins AFB team!As an HVAC Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems serving one of the most respected military installations in the nation. Your work ensures comfort, safety, and reliability for those who serve — and that’s something to be proud of.What You’ll DoInspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, chillers, condensers, and ventilation controls. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment and building control systems. Install, align, and calibrate system components for peak performance and energy efficiency. Perform preventative maintenance and respond promptly to service requests and emergencies. Document work performed, parts used, and system performance for each work order. Work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals with precision and accuracy. Follow FSI’s safety and environmental protocols at all times — your safety matters here. What You Bring Certification by one of the following recognized programs or credentials:North American Technician Excellence (NATE) ESCO Institute HVAC Excellence Professional Level Technician Certification International Code Council (ICC) Documented Journeyman status in a state or nationally recognized apprenticeship program DD214 documented Level Five or higher training level, or other DoD equivalent At least 3 years of industry experience (or equivalent military or apprenticeship experience). Understanding of control systems, facility management software, and electrical schematics. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain NACI/LAC clearance after hire.
