If you’re passionate about technology, motivated by results, and eager to make an impact, this is your opportunity to lead the charge in shaping the future of automation.What You Get to Do: Drive sales of automation equipment and integrated systems, delivering innovative solutions that boost productivity and reduce costs.Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals and expand market share.Identify and qualify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.Craft compelling proposals and pricing strategies that align with customer needs and company objectives.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and project updates in CRM systems to ensure transparency and efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support marketing initiatives.Stay current on industry trends and participate in educational programs to enhance expertise.Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for business operations.What You Bring to the Team: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Enjoy variety? Expect up to 50–60% travel to customer sites (typically 1–2 nights away). Valid driver’s license required. 5+ years driving sales of automation systems, turnkey solutions, or capital equipment in manufacturing environments.5+ years of proven success promoting technical solutions that solve real customer challenges.5+ years’ experience managing multi-state territories and growing new or existing markets.2+ years of hands-on experience leveraging tools like Salesforce or equivalent to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and drive data-driven sales strategies.Physical Requirements: The physical demands listed below represent essential functions of this role.
