You will be responsible for crafting engaging, on-brand content to enhance Hyatt's online presence and connect with target audiences across social media platforms. This role supports the hotel's marketing and branding strategies by producing high quality photos, videos and written content that promote the hotel's services, events and guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing creative content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, creating visually appealing photos, reels, stories and videos to showcase the hotel's rooms, F&B outlets, events and amenities, staying up to date with social media trends and apply them to content creation, engaging with the online community and responding to comments/messages as needed. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Proven experience in content creation, photograph and short form video production. Creative mindset with attention to detail, storytelling, excellent communication and time management skills.
