■業務内容■本ポジションでは、アジア地域におけるネットワークソリューションの設計・導入・技術支援を担当いただきます。顧客のビジネス課題を深く理解し、標準・非標準を問わず最適な技術ソリューションを構築・提供することで、顧客満足と事業成長に貢献していただきます。【主な業務内容】- 顧客の要件を的確に把握し、技術的・業務的観点から最適なソリューションを設計- RFP（提案依頼書）対応において、営業・製品部門と連携し技術的な提案を主導- プリセールス段階での技術支援およびカスタマイズソリューションの構築- ソリューション導入後の技術サポート（Tier 1/2チーム、社内関連部門と連携）- ネットワーク機器（ルーター、スイッチ、ファイアウォール、無線機器、クラウド基盤等）の設計・構築・運用支援- 顧客向け技術ワークショップの企画・実施（プリセールス／ポストセールス）- 非標準要件に対応する技術設計・ドキュメント作成・導入計画の策定- 技術的エスカレーションの対応および顧客承認プロセスの管理- ネットワーク関連の技術資料・設計書・運用ドキュメントの作成・更新- 国際的なマトリックス組織内でのクロスファンクショナルな連携とプロジェクト推進労働条件契約期間：期間の定めなし試用期間：あり（3カ月）就業時間：勤務時間：9:00-17:00や10:00-18:00等調整可能です。休日 ：土日、祝日 就業場所：Colt塩浜データセンター（〒135-0043 東京都江東区塩浜2丁目20番1号）休暇 ：年次有給休暇、年末年始/特別休暇（慶弔)/マタニティ/パタニティリーブ/育児介護休暇/CSR休暇/長期私傷病休暇等残業 ：あり応募資格【必須（MUST）】- IPネットワークの設計および運用における10年以上の実務経験- CCNP以上の資格保有者（CCIEまたはCISSP保持者は特に歓迎）- ネットワークプロトコルに関する深い理解（例：IPSEC、HSRP、BGP、OSPF、802.11、QoS など）- TCP/IPモデルに関する確かな知識- ネットワークエンジニアリングの実務経験（ハンズオンスキル必須）- 優れたコミュニケーション能力および交渉スキル- コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の大学卒業資格- 日本語：ネイティブまたは流暢レベル- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上【歓迎（WANT）】- 商業的な視点（ビジネス感覚）を持ち、収益性や価値創出を意識できる方- 戦略的なビジョンを支え、グローバルな視点と起業家的な感覚を持って行動できる方- 必要に応じて国内外への出張が可能な方【その他】- 想像力とビジョンを持ち、主体的かつ柔軟に行動できる方- 業務達成のために柔軟に対応し、優先順位をつけて効率的に時間を管理できる方- 難しいメッセージも前向きに、簡潔かつ明確に伝えられる高いコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方- グローバルかつ多文化なチーム環境の中で、前向きなチーム文化と顧客志向の姿勢を築ける優れた対人スキルをお持ちの方- 結果重視で、効率的かつ実践的に業務を遂行できる方What We Offer YouLooking to make a mark?At Colt, you’ll make a difference.
