Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1、跟进设备和材料的选型方案，完成验证报告 2、对接工艺研发任务，设计并开展实验 3、分析与设定工艺指标，并进行工艺关键参数DOE验证 4、跟进试产与量产方案，并进行离线监控 5、量产质量管理，异常分析及产品处置 6、制定作业指导书、OCAP、FMEA、control plan等工艺文件 7、开展混合键合工艺培训，传授相关经验 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历，微电子、半导体、材料、化学等相关专业 2、5年及以上晶圆混合键合工艺工作经验，熟悉晶圆键合、解键合、减薄相关工艺流程，了解化学机械研磨工艺 3、熟练使用EVG,TEL,Piotech等公司的混合键合相关process机台及量测机台 4、具备丰富的解bonding相关defect的经验 5、具备不断改善residual distortion的能力 6、具备开发更小pitch先进混合键合工艺的能力 7、熟悉工艺制程相关文件的制定和维护，能熟练运用8D、SPC 、FMEA等工具，具备较好的报告能力，具备良好的问题分析与定位能力
