Job DescriptionRixos Baghdad, a prestigious luxury hotel in Baghdad, Iraq, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our General Manager.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the General Manager's office and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsHandle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with utmost discretionAct as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments, guests, and external partnersPrepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and eventsCoordinate and manage complex travel itineraries, including visa applications and accommodation bookingsAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documentsHandle expense reports and manage office supplies for the General Manager's officeScreen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and visitorsOrganize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physicalAssist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferredMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in the hospitality industryExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in both English and ArabicProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionExceptional multi-tasking abilities and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureExperience in calendar management and travel arrangementKnowledge of hospitality industry practices and standardsFamiliarity with luxury hotel operations preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when requiredProfessional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skillsAdditional Information First name *This field is required.
