工作职责与OP内部部门合作，通过数据分析、技术理解等方式识别成本节约机会； 2.支持和协作零部件管理、财务等部门； 3.监督跨站点/产品的NDUC关键指数等，及时预警风险并与负责人采取行动以降低成本； 4.制定短期和长期成本策略，以实现更低的成本，包括向各自所有者提供目标分解，以实现NDUC目标。任职资格工程专业毕业，本科及以上学历; 2.3年及以上半导体行业经验; 3.对半导体制造操作有基本了解; 4.强大的沟通、协作、推动技能和对最终成功的承诺; 5.开放包容，愿意学习新知识。
