Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) at Concertium will be instrumental in driving both internal and customer-facing projects, leveraging ConnectWise Manage. The PM will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and optimizing resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: ·      Project Creation & Tracking in ConnectWise Managea.    Use ConnectWise Manage to define and set up new projects.b.    Track and monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.c.     Use built-in tools to highlight risks, issues, and dependencies.·      Stakeholder Communication:a.    Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.b.    Facilitate communication of project expectations, updates, and deliverables to all stakeholders.c.     Report and escalate issues as required, utilizing ConnectWise Manage's communication tools.·      Resource Management:·      Utilize ConnectWise Manage's built-in Gantt chart for visual representation of project timelines and resource allocation.·      Assign tasks, set dependencies, and adjust timelines as necessary.·      Ensure optimal resource allocation and resolve any potential resource conflicts.·      Quality Assurance & Reporting:·      Use ConnectWise Manage to implement and oversee quality checks, ensuring project deliverables meet the set standards.·      Generate regular project reports for management, stakeholders, and clients, detailing project status, risks, and performance metrics. Financial Management:·      Leverage ConnectWise Manage to monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage billing and invoicing.·      Analyze financial data to ensure project profitability and make necessary adjustments.·      Escalate projects at-risk exceeding the allocated budgeted time Continuous Improvement & Documentation:·      Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management processes using ConnectWise Manage features.·      Ensure all project-related documentation is systematically organized and accessible within ConnectWise Manage. Required Skills & Qualifications:·      Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.·      Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.·      Extensive knowledge of ConnectWise Manage, especially its project management and reporting features.·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·      Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.·      Understanding of MSP operations, services, and objectives. Desirable Skills & Qualifications:·      Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.·      Previous experience working within an MSP environment.·      Familiarity with other project management methodologies and tools.·      Experience with ITIL and service management best practices
