Information Technology Support Officer

IT Specialist Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist at International Airport Advertising Corporation Ltd, Europe, located in Nicosia. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, performing network administration tasks, ensuring network security, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing excellent customer service to internal users. Other responsibilities include configuring and maintaining computer systems, performing regular system updates, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations.

Qualifications Skills in Network Administration, Network Security, and Information TechnologyManage digital advertising assets across different marketsProficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesCustomer Service skills to assist and support internal usersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrograming skills is advantageousBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 3 years Experience in related Feld.
