IB Analyst / Associate - ECM - Melbourne / Sydney

We are seeking a talented Analyst or Associate with 1.5-5 years of experience in ECM, corporate finance, or investment banking to join the high-performing team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a rare opportunity to enter a platform with unparalleled deal flow, exposure to marquee transactions, and the chance to work at the very top of Australia’s capital markets from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of ECM transactions including IPOs, placements, entitlement offers and block trades.Prepare investor materials, offer documentation and transaction presentations.Build and maintain financial models and analytical outputs supporting deal pricing, structuring and valuation.Conduct sector and market research, comparables analysis, investor mapping and capital markets benchmarking.Assist in the preparation of internal and external pitch materials and contribute to ongoing idea generation.Work closely with senior bankers on live transactions and strategic advisory projects.
