The ideal candidate combines rigorous subject expertise with innovative pedagogy to support students in Grades MYP & DP.✅ RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry or Science Education6–7 years of successful teaching experience in IB MYP and DP ChemistryStrong grasp of IB philosophy, standards & assessment (including IA/DP exam prep)Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skillsDemonstrated ability to integrate real-world applications and lab-based learning (safety first)💼 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging MYP & DP Chemistry units aligned with IB S&PDesign and supervise inquiry-based labs and investigationsPrepare students for DP assessments (IAs, Papers 1–3) with feedback-driven practice and MYP e AssessmentCollaborate across departments to strengthen STEM and interdisciplinary learningContribute to professional development and whole-school initiatives
