ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilityDemonstrates the necessary subject knowledge and methodological strategies to effectively educate students.Assists in managing curriculum and study courses for the students’ development.Provides students with structure and support in a safe learning environment to enable them to develop socially, emotionally, and morally.Introduces new study patterns among the students to develop their interest and do regular studies.Gives practical analysis of the courses to create interest.Plans lessons based on inquiry, focussed on conceptual understanding, differentiated to meet the needs of all learners, and informed by assessment (formative and summative)Reviews the feedback from the academic coordinators and revises the lesson plans accordinglyKeeps up to date with the latest teaching aids, such as the use of technology in classroom learning, and integrate these into the teaching processCreates challenging and engaging learning opportunities for students, and fosters a classroom atmosphere that is conducive for learningDevelops worksheets, handouts, and other learning materials in line with the lesson plan and curriculum, as well as the assessments and examinations.Responsible for the timely marking and correction of assignments completed by the studentsJob RequirementsGraduate & Bachelor in Education (Specialisation in Hindi Language & literature for Senior teacher)Preferred Masters in the Hindi subject with International Teaching Qualification certificate that qualifies for accreditation according to IB educational system.5 - 8 years of Teaching experience for secondary and IB studentsStrong technology application skills.Ability to support Blended cum Hybrid Learning.Understanding curriculum standards and Principles of Hindi language.Creating stimulating lesson plans to foster maximum student’s engagement in Hindi language.Encouraging, through the study of texts and through social interaction, an awareness and appreciation of a variety of perspectives of people from diverse cultures.Enabling students to communicate in the Hindi language they have studied in a range of contexts and for a variety of purposes.Developing international-mindedness through the study of Hindi language, cultures, and ideas and issues of global significance.Developing students’ understanding of the relationship between the Hindi languages and cultures with which they are familiarAdjusting teaching practices to support differentiated learning.Developing students’ awareness of the importance of Hindi language in relation to other areas of knowledge.
