Job Description

Admin and OperationsConduct administrative and operational tasks of the Training CentreLiaise with learners, trainers and related departments & organisations to ensure programmes run smoothlyManage administrative work (Attendance, preparation of course materials and course enrollment process etc)Coordinate and oversee training schedules to ensure adherence to SOPsSupports and contributes to the company's continuous improvement and training programs.Learners ManagementCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute effective strategies for promoting training courses and maximizing enrollment rates.Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, to achieve high customer satisfactionProvide quality customer experience through understanding of their queries and needs through email, walk-in and callsEnsure that all customer enquiries or feedbacks are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframeFacilitate effective learning experiences for participantsPossess a Diploma or Degree in any disciplineCustomer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skillsMotivated team player with pleasant personality, positive working attitude and determination to learn, achieve and excelCandidates with experience in customer service or contact centre will have an added advantageGood analytical, planning and organizational skills and ability to work independently.Must be prepared to work on weekends and/or public holidays, when requiredComputer literacy e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Docs, Sheet
