Your mission is to ensure the on-time and uninterrupted delivery of all chemistry required by our internal operations. You will also be in charge of our strategic Deionized Water generation stations, sub-fab rough pumps and gas abatement systems. You will be responsible for the smart management of the chemistry Warehouse and you will contribute to achieving EM’s 2030 environmental targets for water recycling and GHG emissions reduction.Tasks And Responsibilities Ensure the team’s capacity and capability to deliver services to our internal customersCapitalize on knowledge through the creation and update of official EM proceduresDevelop, motivate and support team membersTake part in various projects on EM site related to your departmentResponsible for:Ultra-pure Deionized water (DIW) generation stationWastewater neutralization stationChemical warehouse and stock levels managementRough pumps maintenanceGas abatements systems – process gas neutralization (Scrubbers) maintenanceChemical waste managementParts cleaning and miscellaneous support for fab equipment sub partsRegular On call dutyInterface with EM technical services, production teams, chemist and on-site sister companiesInterface with suppliersProfilBSc or technical degree with management experienceCompétences requisesAt least 5 years of experience in pumps, abatements systems and Deionized Water stations maintenanceStrong leadership and management skillsChange management skills to drive the team and toolset toward continuous efficiency improvementFlexible, proactive, pragmatic, solution-oriented, organized and reliableExcellent teamwork and stress management skillsProject management experience is a plusLanguesGood written and verbal communication skillsFluent in FrenchB2 level in English (written and oral)Job Location: Rue des Sors 3, 2074 Marin, Suisse (Neuchatel)Company Address: EM Microelectronic-Marin SA Rue des Sors 3 CH-2074 Marin-Epagnier Suisse
