We are seeking a dynamic, proactive intern to join our Employer Branding and Internal Communication team. As an Internal Communication Intern, you will play a key role in fostering Cốc Cốc’s positive workplace culture. You’ll support internal events and communication activities that help connect employees, strengthen engagement, and bring our company spirit to life.  1. JOB DESCRIPTION   Engagement Activities:  Assist in planning and executing company events and activities that foster a sense of community and belonging among employees;Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and support communication before, during, and after each event;Capture photos, videos, and key moments for event recaps or internal highlights;Gather feedback and suggest ideas to enhance future engagement initiatives. Content Creation:  Help create engaging internal posts, announcements, or recap content to boost employee engagement. 2. JOB REQUIREMENTS   Qualifications:  Final year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Economics or a related major; preferably able to work full-time for a duration of 3 months;Experienced in supporting event planning and event management;High commitment to deadlines and quality of output;Good communication and teamwork;Having hands-on experience in creating content/branding is a big plus;The ability to edit images for social posts and utilize mobile apps for filming and editing clips is a significant advantage.  3.
