Junior / Fresher Digital Optimization Executive

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Digital Optimization Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for daily optimization & execution of all Digital campaigns, including but not limited to Search, Social, Video & Display advertising campaigns on multiple digital platforms. You will also take charge of strategic Media planning, keep track & develop advanced analytic solutions to improve our clients’ marketing performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Digital Campaign Execution:Take charge of day to day execution of all Digital campaigns (running, managing Ads on multiple channels) to ensure effectiveness & efficiency in performance management & KPI achievement.Keep track and measure daily/weekly/monthly & overall campaign performance, assess against goals (KPI Result, Media Metrics, Cost,…);Identify trends and insights, as well as up-to-date technical optimization tactics to continuously improve Digital performance quality with measurable impact on clients' marketing, business activities & our company's development.Report campaign progress, KPIs, P&L to CEO.Media Planning:Strategically develop digital media plans as a solution for the client’s brief.In your daily work, you will closely cooperate with the Internal team (Account & Digital Planner) to together deliver and ensure the optimal campaign planning & execution.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Experience (must have)At least 6 months of experience in Digital Marketing field, especially Ads Optimization as an Executive or InternKnowledge, abilities and skillsHave Optimism and positive energy;Having knowledge/experience in Digital marketing;Fast learning & self-sufficient;Good at math/logical thinking is a plus;High sense of responsibility;Good Project Management, Problem solving and Teamwork skills.BENEFIT AND COMPETITIVE ALLOWANCES:Salary + Commission;Performance review periodically;Social insurance, medical insurance and unemployment insurance in line with Labor Law;Training algorithm in all digital channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, DSP,...;Having opportunity to work with dynamic team and motivated working conditions;Frequent company gatherings.Website: https://halocom.io/Address: Floor 4 – BCONS Tower, 42/1 Ung Van Khiem Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamWorking time: Monday – Friday: 09h00 – 18h00; Saturday (WFH): 10h00 – 15h00; Break lunch: 1hour
